• Ground floor: Living-dining room with an indoor fireplace for a cozy atmosphere and a fully equipped kitchen.
• First floor: Main bedroom with a bathtub for relaxation and a full bathroom with a shower and WC.
• Second floor: A multifunctional space ideal for working, playing the piano, reading, or resting on the sofa bed. The private terrace invites you to enjoy a sunny breakfast or a dinner under the stars. Additionally, there’s a closet with a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your convenience.

The entire property is equipped with **underfloor heating**, ensuring a warm and comfortable experience during the colder winter months.

• Free parking in the public square in front of the house. Due to the slope, you might prefer nearby parking options (3–5 minutes on foot).

Right in front of Ayamans Home is the Church of Santa Lucia, a historic 13th-century building that adds a special touch to the experience. The bells chime every hour during the day, providing an authentic and serene atmosphere.
